At KBC, we believe that life is best done together! We have a wide range of ministries stretching across all ages and seasons of life. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need help deciding which ministry is right for you!

Life Groups

Discipleship is an essential part of who we are as the body of Christ. We believe that Life Groups are the best way to build relationships and grow as family. Life Groups allow you to cultivate close relationships with others who are in your same stage of life.


Life Groups meet all across campus Sundays 9:30-10:20 AM, right before Worship service. Find a group and get plugged in! Reach out to us if you have any questions or if you need help deciding which group is the best fit for you and your family. Child care is available during Life Group time. 

  • Generations

    The Generations class is a welcoming, warm environment for grounded Christians or those beginning their walk with Jesus. Led by Jeana Parks, the group includes members aged 40 and up.  Members of Generations strive to be a church ministry group within the church. This is a great place to begin attending a Life Group! Friendly folks, warm hearts, and seekers of His Kingdom! Generations Life Group meets in the Worship Center.

  • Beacon

    Led by Corey and Kristen Iovinelli, the Beacon life group is a group for those in college as well as young adults, typically ages 18 to 30. They cover real topics such as identity, dating,  marriage and finances. Above all, they are a group of believers who are excited about what God is doing and continually seeking to grow deeper in Christ together! Beacon meets upstairs in the Worship Building, room #3. 

  • Journey

    The Journey Life Group is a diverse group, typically aged 40 to 55, who are interactive, transparent, redeemed, connected, loving, caring, encouraging and of course humble. If that's not enough, they serve the best breakfast at the church! Journey meets in the Fellowship Hall and is led by Tim and Hope Akins.

  • The Purpose

    Led by Tommy and Becky Williams, this group is made up of various ages, typically 25 - 40 years old. They go through Bible studies that teach different life principles and applications on parenting, on marriages, and the ins and outs of daily life. They also strive to minister to others in need, pray for each other, and help each other through difficult times when they arise. The Purpose life group meets upstairs in the Worship Building, room #2.

  • Children & Youth

    We offer Life Group classes for all of your children, ages newborn through High School. Each class offers interactive lessons and as well as an exciting and age appropriate teaching of God’s Word. We would love to have your children join us as we adventure through God’s Word and grow together!

kidventure children's Church

For children Kindergarten through 5th grade, we have Children’s Church in the Fellowship Hall during our 10:30 AM Sunday Worship Service and 6:30 PM Wednesday Adult Bible Study. This service consists of worship, interactive teaching, animated Bible Story lessons, and fun games. Your kids will be sure to have a blast with us and, most importantly, grow deeper in their walk with Christ!

kbc student ministry

The KBC Student Ministry is for students in grades 6th-12th. They meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM in the KBC Student Center. Each service consists of games, worship, and a relevant teaching from student Pastor Cody Meredith. They also meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM for Life Group classes as well as other youth gatherings throughout the year. 

CELEBRATE recovery

There are many hurting people in our area, and God has called us, His church, to be the answer! There is abundant power in the name of Jesus to break addiction, heal hearts, and restore lives! If you or someone you know is in need of hope and healing, we’d love for you to join us! We meet on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in the Worship Center. A normal evening starts with a short time of worship, followed by either a lesson or a personal testimony, and ends with small-group sharing.

Grief Share

Have you or someone you know recently suffered the loss of a loved one or friend? We are offering a 13 week course on how to navigate the grieving process and experience God's comfort in the midst of sadness and loss. The class will start on Monday, Sept 30th. We meet Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM in the student center. Cost is $15 for the book.  We will also offer "Surviving the Holidays", a one day class, on Saturday, Nov 23rd from 2:00-4:00PM. Cost is $5 for the book.
